3.扰乱秩序/无视健康和安全的不当行为

• 3.3.1 Weapons 禁止在大学自有财产上进行任何活动. 违反大学武器政策的行为包括但不限于以下行为:

  • 3.3.1a Firearms such as handguns, shotguns, rifles, 泰瑟枪或电子眩晕枪, as well as airsoft, BB, pellet, 彩弹和/或使用压缩空气的物品;
  • 3.3.1b 炸药，如炸弹、手榴弹、爆破帽、烟花、弹药;
  • 3.3.1c 其他设备、材料和装置(e.g. knives, metal knuckles, tear gas, chemical substances, replica, simulated, 玩具)可能或已经被用来造成伤害或对伤害的恐惧. 

• 3.3.2 False Reporting 指故意发起或导致发起虚假报告, warning, or threat of fire, explosion, or other emergency.

• 3.3.3 Drug Related Behavior refers to drug violations, including, 但并不局限于在场, under the influence of, possessing, manufacturing, exchanging, distributing, purchasing, using, 或出售非法药物或任何受管制药物/麻醉药品, such as, but not limited to, marijuana, synthetic cannabinoids, inhalants and intoxicants, 滥用非处方药和/或处方药, 或在大学内持有与毒品有关的用具

  • 3.3.3a 存在/未报告
  • 3.3.3b 管有非法药物或受管制物质;
  • 3.3.3c 持有毒品用具
  • 3.3.3d 使用非法药物或受管制药物;
  • 3.3.3e 购买非法药物或受管制药物;
  • 3.3.3f 滥用非处方药或处方药;
  • 3.3.3g 制造非法药物或受管制物质;
  • 3.3.3h 分销及/或销售及/或交付非法药物或受管制物质.
  • 3.3.3i Reasonable suspicion of unlawful drug use (odor); and/or
  • 3.3.3j 受本节所述任何物品影响时的行为.

• 3.3.4 与酒精有关的行为是指任何违反学校酒精饮料政策的行为:

  • 3.3.4a Sale, purchase, consumption, 或未满21岁的人管有含酒精饮料;
  • 3.3.4b Sale, purchase, consumption, 或法定年龄人士以不符合大学政策的方式管有含酒精饮料;
  • 3.3.4c Furnishing alcoholic beverages to persons younger than 21 years of age; and/or
  • 3.3.4d 酒后行为在酒精饮料的影响下的行为.

• 3.3.5 Arson 指以合理地或实际上可能引起火灾的方式点燃或燃烧材料.

• 3.3.6 Fire and Emergency Safety refers to unauthorized use, activation, 或者变更消防设备, fire safety, or other emergency equipment. 不遵守应急人员的指示和/或既定的应急规程(例如.g. 火警警报响时未能离开建筑物).

• 3.3.7 Gambling 指违法从事赌博、下注或其他以机会为目的的游戏.

• 3.3.8 Disorderly Conduct refers to disrespectful, lewd, indecent, 或淫亵行为，如在任何情况下会引起或引发骚乱或干扰大学的正常运作，均会被视为妨害治安.

• 3.3.9销售和招揽违规 指未经适当授权，在学校财产内从事任何形式的招揽活动. (See Appendix D)
